After a number of years in other operational consulting organisations and running an aerospace/automotive company for a group of investors, I joined Columbus Management when it was created. Since then I’ve been able to utilise my skills mainly in the oil & gas, automotive and industrial sector. My favourite projects are the ones where I get to support senior management in complete company transformations. I thrive in a multi-cultural, professional environment, surrounded by competent individuals and teams, who understand that mutual commitment, self-criticism and humour are the only way to collective success

Before I joined I had already been Sales Director for a large automotive and a large chemical group, as well as owned my own company, but it is with Columbus Management that I really started enjoying the networking and development at top-management level. After a start focused on business development, I specialised in HR and recruitment, first on behalf of recruitment companies specialised in the Financial sector and then with my own portfolio of clients (automotive industry, oil & gas, trading, medical, shipping, family offices). For the last 15 years I have been assisting international companies in their recruitment projects (France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco), specialising in the search and placement of high added value profiles. In charge of the entire recruitment process, I carry out a precise identification of HR needs as well as an in-depth search for high profiles through a direct approach. I have also extended my area of expertise to professional coaching, to accompany profiles in their career development and the development of their skills.
